|AREA OF PRODUCTION||
Vineyards situated on the municipality of Casalbordino, between the hills facing the Adriatic Sea.
|SOIL - ALTITUDE||
Mixed – gravely soil. Favorable exposure of vineyard on the hills at an altitude between 150 and 200 metres above sea level.
Abruzzi pergola with a density of 2000 – 2500 plants per hectare. Espalier with a density of 3800-4500 plants per hectare. The production is 120 quintal with yield in wine of hl 80.
Selection of the best grapes, in vineyards, picked by hand in the early hours of the day during the 10th to the 20th of October.
Long maceration of pressed grapes, with repassing of must over the grape rinds and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel thermal conditioned containers.
|REFINEMENT - STORE||
Refined for 2-3 monthsin bottles before being placed on the market. Store in a dry and cool place.
Intense ruby red with light violet reflections.
Fruity, light and vinous.
Rich and harmonic taste, round and full-bodied.
Serve at a temperature of 18-20 °C.
