VENDEMMIA | Last week in September, reaching full technical maturity, selecting the best grapes during the early hours of the day. |
VINIFICAZIONE | Crushing and soft pressing of the grapes, static sedimentation of the must at a low temperature, separation of the clear must and fermentation at 16-18 °C in steel tanks with inoculation of selected yeasts. |
AFFINAMENTO - CONSERVAZIONE | 4-5 months in steel tanks and brief refinement in bottle before being placed on the market. Store in a cool place at a temperature of 8-10 °C. |
COLORE | Light straw-coloured yellow, brilliant with slight greenish hues. |
PROFUMO | Delicate bouquet, pleasantly fruity, distinctively floral with hints of spring flowers. |
