Vineyards situated on the hills in the district of Casalbordino with exposure prevalently north.
|SOIL - ALTITUDE||
Fresh, gravelly soil with medium mixture at 100 – 150 metres above sea level.
Abruzzi pergola with a density of 2000 – 2500 plants and a production of 90 quintal with yield in wine of hl 60 per hectare.
Trebbiano: last week in september – Chardonnay: last week in august – both reaching full technical maturity, using the best grapes during the early hours of the day.
Brief contact between the rind and must at 12°C, soft pressing and static sedimentation of the must at a low temperature, inoculation of selected yeasts and fermentation at 16-18°C in stainless steel containers.
|REFINEMENT - STORE||
5-6 months in stainless steel containers; refined in bottles for one month before being placed on the market. Store in a dry and cool place at a temperature of about 5-7°C.
Intense bright straw coloured yellow.
Delicate and complex bouquet with scents of white flowers, tropical and citrus fruits and a pleasant sign of balsamic.
Dry, smooth and harmonic, full-body, fullness and savouriness.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
