VINIFICAZIONE | Brief contact between the rind and must at 12°C, soft pressing and static sedimentation of the must at a low temperature, inoculation of selected yeasts and fermentation at 20°C in new french oak barriques. |
AFFINAMENTO - CONSERVAZIONE | 8 to 10 months in barrique and refined in bottles for two months before being placed on the market. Store in a dry and cool place at a temperature of about 5-7°C. |
COLORE | Intense and bright straw yellow with golden hues. |
PROFUMO | Intense bouquet, persistent and wide, rich of mature tropical fruit, honey and fresh scents of spieces and balsamic. |
