Vineyards situated in the district of Casalbordino facing the Adriatic Sea with esposure prevalently to the south.

TERRENO - ALTITUDINE

Medium mixture, argillaceous and fresh at 100 – 150 metres above sea level.

VITICULTURA

Espalier Guyot with a density of 3800 – 4500 plants and 90 quintal with yield in wine of hl 60 per hectare.

VENDEMMIA

Last week in august, reaching full technological maturity and selecting the best grapes in the early hours of the day.

VINIFICAZIONE

Brief contact between the rind and must at 12°C, soft pressing and static sedimentation of the must at a low temperature, inoculation of selected yeasts and fermentation at 20°C in new french oak barriques.

AFFINAMENTO - CONSERVAZIONE

8 to 10 months in barrique and refined in bottles for two months before being placed on the market. Store in a dry and cool place at a temperature of about 5-7°C.

COLORE

Intense and bright straw yellow with golden hues.

PROFUMO

Intense bouquet, persistent and wide, rich of mature tropical fruit, honey and fresh scents of spieces and balsamic.

SAPORE

Dry, soft and harmonic, good body and full. Long aromatic persistant to the palate.

TEMPERATURA DI SERVIZIO

10-12 °C.

Ideal with fish dishes, white meats and medium-aged cheese.  It’s also ideal for pleasant meditations.
