VITICULTURA | Espalier culture with a desity of 3800 plants/ha and a production of 11 Ton/ha. |
VENDEMMIA | Last week in August, reaching full technical maturity, by hand in the cooler hours of the day. |
VITIFICAZIONE | Removal of grape stalks and contact of the skins with the must for 8 hours at the temperature of 8 °C , separation of the must from the skins and made limpid by decantation, then transferred to steel tanks for the alcoholic fermantation at a temperature of 18 °C. |
AFFINAMENTO - CONSERVAZIONE | 4-5 months in steel tanks, refinement in bottle for 10 days before being placed on the market. Store in a cool place at a temperature of 12-14 °C. |
COLORE | Brilliant, straw-coloured yellow with evident greenish hues. |
PROFUMO | Intense, fresh and fruity with note of tropical fruit and green apple. |
SAPORE | Harmonic, supple and fresh with good body and persistent. |
