Abruzzi pergola with a density of 2000-2500 plants per hectare and a production of 110 quintal/ha in grapes with a yield of hl 75.
First week in October, reaching full technical maturity.
Removal of grape stalks and maceration of the skins for about 12 hours at a T of 8 °C. The draining clear must is separated from the skins and fermented with selected yeasts at a T of 15-16 °C in steel tanks.
|AGEING - CONSERVATION||
3-4 months in steel tanks and brief refinement in bottle before being placed on the market.Store in a cool place at a T° of 8-10 °C.
Brilliant lively rosé, typical of a ripe cherry.
Pleasant and intense, distinctly fruity with clear notes of cherry.
Harmonic, full, supple taste, full-bodied and persistent. The palate recalls the sensation of freshness of ripe cherries.
