Vineyards situated on the hills of Casalbordino with exposure to the south.
|SOIL - ALTITUDE||
Medium mixture, prevalently argillaceous and sandy with an altitude of 150-200 m above sea level.
Abruzzi pergola with a density of 1700 plants per hectare and a production in grapes of 120 quintal/ha.
First week in October, reaching full technical maturity, by hand.
Removal of grape stalks and contact of the skins with the must for 10-12 hours at a T of 8 °C, separation of the clear must from the skins and transfer in steel tanks for the alcoholic fermentation at a T of 16 °C with inoculation of selected yeasts.
|AGEING - CONSERVATION||
Maturation in steel tanks for 3-4 months and brief refinement in bottle before being placed on the market. Store in a cool place at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
Brilliant lively rosé, typical of a ripe cherry.
Pleasant and intense, distinctly fruity with clear notes of cherry.
Fresh, harmonic and full taste, supple and medium-bodied with a persistent pleasant taste.
