Vineyards situated within Casalbordino’s cooler areas facing the Adriatic Sea.
|SOIL - ALTITUDE||
Medium mixture and fresh soil with an altitude of 100-200 m above sea level.
Espalier with a density of 3800 plants per hectare and a production of 10 ton/ha.
Separately: each variety has been piked by hand according to its phenolic and technological maturity.
Each variety is vinified separately with removal of grape stalks and contact of the skins with the must for 5-7 days in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25°C, separation of the skins and transfer of the must in stainless steel tanks for the completion of the alcoholic fermentation and of the following malo-lactic fermentation.
|REFINEMENT - CONSERVATION||
The different wines are refined separately in barriques of French oak for about 10 months and are then blended. Before being placed on the market the wine is refined in bottle for 30 days./Store in a cool place at a T° of 12-14 °C
