Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
This wine is derived from carefully vinified vintage Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
grapes. It is a young wine, bottled in the same year of production, with a bright
ruby red colour and a slight violet hue. It has a soft vinous bouquet, pleasant
and slightly fruity reminiscent of it’s grape origin. A dry, smooth, well-balanced
flavour with an enjoyable slight bitter aftertaste. Serve at a temperature of
18-20° to accompany all meals, such as poultry and various meat dishes, as well
as cheese and cold cuts.

Trebbiano d’Abruzzo
This white wine is derived from vintage Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes, carefully
vinified by gentle pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of
16 -18°. It is a young and bright coloured wine, with a pale straw-yellow colouring.
It’s soft and delicate bouquet is slightly fruity, with a dry, fresh and savoury
taste. It is ideal with seafood hors d’oeuvres and main courses such as fish
and white meat dishes. It can also be served as an aperitif. It is best consumed
young at a temperature of 8-10° and should be uncorked at time of serving.

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Cerasuolo
This wine is derived from vintage Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes, carefully
vinified with a brief period of maceration of the grape rinds and fermentation
at a controlled temperature of 16-18°. It is a young, lively and bright cherry
coloured wine. With a fruity, slightly vinous and delicate bouquet. A dry, fresh,
smooth and well-balanced taste. It is best served with cold cuts, and light
main course meals such as white meats, fish soup and fresh cheeses. It is best
consumed young at a temperature of 10-12° and should be uncorked at time of
serving

CASTELVERDINO
Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Barriccato
This is a vintage red wine of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes obtained from the
Casalbordino vineyards “I Pregiati”, followed carefully by the oenologist Beniamino
Di Domenica. Refined in barrique, this wine’s bouquet is full of spices with
a hint of vanilla and liquorice. It has a harmonious, full-bodied and slight
tannic taste. It’s ideal with red meat dishes, game and strong cheese. To be
served at a temperature of about 20°.
CASTELVERDINO
Chardonnay Histonium
Chardonnay Histonium is obtained from the Casalbordino vineyards “I Pregiati”,
followed carefully by the oenologist Beniamino Di Domenica. Refined in barrique,
this wine has a spicey and pleasantly fruity bouquet with a smooth and full-bodied
taste. It’s ideal served with dishes such as fish and white meats. Store in
a cool room and serve at a temperature of 10-12°.

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes grown on the hills of Casalbordino. Vinified
according to the latest wine-making technology so as to selectively extract
only the purest components of the grapes, it is bottled after an 18 month period
in oak casks. It is an intense ruby red coloured wine with definite garnet red
hues. It’s bouquet is of great finesse, with the fragrance of mountain berries
and a light sense of violets. A dry, savoury warm taste, pleasantly smooth and
well-balanced, slightly tannic with a hint of oak wood. It is excellent with
rich meals such as red meats, game and strong cheese. It is best served at a
temperature of 18-20° and should be uncorked at least two hours before serving.

18 months and refined in bottles for 6, it is an intense ruby red coloured wine
with garnet red hues. It has an harmonious and fragrant bouquet, a dry, smooth
and savoury taste slightly tannic. It is excellent with rich dishes such as
red meats, game and strong cheeses. Best served at a temperature of 18-20° and
should be uncorked at least two hours before serving.

A vintage white wine obtained from a limited selection of Trebbiano d’Abruzzo
grapes cultivated on the hills of Casalbordino, and vinified according to the
most up-to-date wine-making technology, with gentle pressing, debourbage of
the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°. It is a bright,
faded straw-coloured wine with a golden hue. It’s bouquet is soft and pleasantly
fruity with a smooth, harmonious, fresh, dry and savoury taste. It’s best served
with seafood hors-d’oeuvre, fish and white meat dishes. It’s excellent as an
aperitif. Best consumed young at a temperature of 8-10°.

and bright cherry colour is it’s fresh and fruity bouquet, persistent and delicate,
and pleasantly vinous. It has a dry, smooth, harmonious, vivacious and savoury
taste. It’s ideal with hors d’oeuvres, main course meals, white meats, fish
soup and fresh cheese. Best consumed young at a temperature of 10-12°.
VILLA
ADAMI
Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
A full-bodied red wine obtained from a careful selection of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
grapes from the hills of Casalbordino. It is bottled after an ageing period
of at least 12 months in oak casks. It has a deep and bright ruby red colour
with garnet red hues and an intense, full vinous bouquet, with a slight violet
scent. A dry, harmonious, warm and vigorous slightly tannic taste. It’s ideal
with dishes such as game, poultry, roasts and strong cheese. It is best served
at a temperature of 18-20° and should be uncorked at least one before serving.
VILLA ADAMI
Trebbiano d’Abruzzo
A white wine obtained from a careful selection of Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes
from the hills of Casalbordino, vinified with gentle pressing and fermentation
at a controlled temperature of 16-18°. It is a bright, pale straw-yellowed coloured
wine with golden hues. A delicate and pleasantly fruity bouquet with a dry,

OTTOBRATA
Novello I.G.T.
A red “novello” wine obtained entirely from the carbonic maceration of the grapes
typically found in the Vasto area and grown on the hills of Casalbordino. A
limited quantity is produced from carefully selected grapes. Fermented at a
controlled temperature of 18-20°, this wine has a bright red colour with slight
violet hues. A delicately fruity scent and a lively, harmonious taste of medium-body.
It’s perfect when enjoyed in company, with light dishes, fresh cheese and chestnuts.
Best consumed young at a temperature of 10-11°.

Chardonnay Histonium - frizzante
Produced from Chardonnay grapes in the Casalbordino vineyards, Maresco is a
lively wine with light green hue, a fruity scent and a fresh, intense, harmonious
taste. For it’s vivacious character it is ideal served with light and modern
dishes for the young, particularly pizza and seafood hors d’oeuvres. It’s excellent
as an aperitif. Store in a cool room and serve at a temperature of 8-10°.
