This Extra Virgin Olive

Oil comes from the first pressing of a special blend of Diritta, Leccino and Gentile olives which are grown on the hills of Casalbordino. They are cold-crushed using the ancient tradition of a stone mill. The olives are selected and meticulously gathered by hand and the care taken in the crushing and pressing, naturally results in a pure oil which is delicate in flavour, fresh, fragrant and fruity.
